There is no school Friday (tomorrow) due to the teachers having a Professional Development Day.
It’s hard to imagine that next week will be Thanksgiving! I am truly thankful for all of my students! They are such a joy to work with. I pray all of your families will have a blessed Thanksgiving Day!
Instead of a regular Reading unit next week, we will do some Thanksgiving literature studies.
Next week we will have a 1:30 dismissal on Wednesday. There will be no Spelling Test, unit tests, or Memory Verse.
Week of November 27 – December 1.
Our Memory Verse for this week will be I Samuel 15:22.
We will be switching from Social Studies back to Science following our holiday break.
3rd Grade Spelling for 12-1-23: sharp, yard, artist, carve, porch, storm, sport, story, chore, shore, sore, hoard, oars, pour, your.
4th Grade Spelling for 12-1-23: wrinkle, wriggle, wrapper, wrench, answer, knead, knives, known, kneel, knew, plumber, combs, thumbs, lamb, condemn, resign, doubtful, hour, honest, honor.
Reminder - Please be sure your child has a water bottle in school daily.
PE will be on Tuesday and Thursday, so please have tennis shoes for those days.
